The Office of
Admissions is located in Jackson Hall, which is located on Country Club
Road on the eastern edge of campus.
Public parking is available in several locations on campus and in the town
of Chapel Hill. Most visitors to our office park in the Visitor's
Parking Area on
Raleigh Street/Highway 54; directions to this lot are provided below. During
peak periods, including Fall Break, late March through early April, and
late July through August, this lot may fill up. Please be sure to arrive
early, as alternative parking areas are farther away from the admissions
office.
From
I-40 East (Raleigh)
1.
Take Exit 273 (Hwy 54) towards Chapel Hill
2. Continue for 4 miles to top of the hill; park at Visitor's
Parking Area on right before traffic light; if lot is full, attendant
may direct you to another parking area
3. From Visitor's
Parking, walk up the hill to the traffic light and turn right onto
Country Club Road
4. Admissions (Jackson Hall) is the third building on the left
From
I-85 South (Atlanta, Charlotte, Greensboro, Winston-Salem)
1. Take I-40 East towards Raleigh
2. Take exit 270 (Highway 15-501 South); turn right at the end of the
exit ramp
3. Follow 15-501 South towards Chapel Hill; the highway will divide
4. Remain on 15-501 South, bearing left and away from Franklin Street
5. Turn right at Highway 54 exit; follow sign for "UNC-Chapel Hill";
park at Visitor's
Parking Area on right before traffic light; if lot is full, attendant
may direct you to another parking area

Parking, walk up the hill to the traffic light and turn right onto
Country Club Road

1. Follow I-85 to intersection with Highway 15-501 South
2. Follow 15-501 South towards Chapel Hill; the highway will divide
3. Remain on 15-501 South, bearing left and away from Franklin Street
4. Turn right at Highway 54 exit; follow sign for "UNC-Chapel Hill";
park at Visitor's
